The registration deadline is April 30, 2026.

We strongly recommend registering as soon as possible to secure your spot and get access to the agenda by early April.

The registration fee is $400. Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their travel and hotel.

Food is provided during the Conference event.

• 100% refund provided if canceled by March 31st

• 50% refund if canceled by April 15th

• No refunds will be issued after April 15th

If you can no longer attend and would like to transfer your ticket or convert the ticket into a donation to MLT, email conference@mlt.org

All sessions will take place at the Hilton New York Midtown. 

We previously secured a discounted group rate at the Hilton New York Midtown; however, the deadline to book at this rate has passed.

Transportation will be the responsibility of participants.

Refunds are available based on the following timeline:

• Full refunds (100%) are issued for cancellations made on or before March 15.

• Partial refunds (50%) are issued for cancellations made between March 16 and April 15.

• No refunds will be issued after April 15.
