  • The registration fee is $400. Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their travel and hotel.

    Food is provided during the Conference event.

  • All sessions will take place at the Hilton New York Midtown. 

  • Make sure you've entered the provided Event password in the password field. If you are still receiving an error, please reach out to conference@mlt.org.

  • We recommend the Hilton Midtown, where our event is being held. Book directly with the hotel.

  • Transportation will be the responsibility of participants. 

  • We recommend wearing:

    • Smart/Tech Casual

    • Business Casual

    Please check the weather before your travel.

  • Refunds are available based on the following timeline:

    • Full refunds (100%) are issued for cancellations made on or before March 15.

    • Partial refunds (50%) are issued for cancellations made between March 16 and April 15.

    • No refunds will be issued after April 15.

    If you are no longer able to attend, you may also request to transfer your ticket to another attendee or convert your ticket into a donation to MLT. For assistance, please contact us at conference@mlt.org.
